1. Fulfillment and Processing

📦 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Delivery Partners

We use trusted carriers depending on destination and service level:

  • Source Seven — primary fulfillment and courier partner for tracking and delivery
  • Local postal services and reputable couriers where required
  • International orders may be delivered via global carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

3. Shipping Destinations & Times

Domestic (South Africa):

Other SA regions 3–8 business days

International:

Europe & UK 10–21 business days

These times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Chosen service level (standard or expedited)

We sometimes offer free domestic shipping promotions. Check our homepage or your cart for current offers.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

✔ A tracking number via email
✔ A link to view your parcel’s status

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Daily Dabble Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal of parcel
  • Unclaimed parcel at post office/courier depot

Your order may be returned to us. In that case:

✔ You will be notified
✔ A re-delivery fee may apply
✔ You may choose a refund minus shipping and handling


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of expected delivery
  2. Provide your order number and a description
  3. Photos are required for damaged items

We will work with our carriers and Source Seven to resolve the issue promptly.
